The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 93(RES) "An Act relating to the disposal of state land along the Dalton Highway; and providing for an effective date." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCSCSSB93(RES) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 93(RES)--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 32 NAYS: 8 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Brice, G.Davis, Foster, Green, Hanley, Ivan, James, Kelly, Kohring, Kott, Kubina, Mackie, MacLean, Martin, Masek, Moses, Mulder, Navarre, Ogan, Parnell, Phillips, Porter, Robinson, Rokeberg, Sanders, Therriault, Toohey, Vezey, Williams, Willis Nays: Brown, Bunde, Davies, B.Davis, Elton, Finkelstein, Grussendorf, Nicholia And so, HCSCSSB93(RES) passed the House on reconsideration. 1995-05-08 House Journal Page 2005 SB 93 Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCSCSSB93(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
